The Woodman of the World Hall is in Stuart, in the southeastern part of the state. It was built around 1913 for the Woodmen of the World, a fraternal organization. If you visit old cemeteries, you can find the graves of members because they will have stone tree stumps as tombstones. It is included in “A Guide to Florida’s Historic Architecture”. See more photos here.
